COVID-19/Illness Safety & Resources
Jackson Street Pediatrics takes the safety of our patients and staff very seriously and we have put office procedures in place to reduce risk of spreading illness within our clinic. Please read the details below before your next visit.
We Are Vaccinated
For our safety and yours, Dr. Wicker-Brown and the entire Jackson Street Pediatrics team have been vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19 and are up-to-date on annual flu vaccinations.
COVID-19 Vaccines
Vaccination has been successful in reducing severe COVID-19 illness and helping us return to our regular routines, but it is understandable that families have concerns. We have prepared some information to help you with your decision-making.
Masks
Masks are optional for all age appropriate patients and family members. Masking will help protect spread of illness within our clinic and to some of our most vulnerable patients. Dr. Brown will continue to mask for all direct patient care to protect our patients and she has number of close interactions each day.
Scheduling
All patients must have a scheduled appointment so we can plan for your visit and limit overcrowding. This allows us to see your child efficiently and reduce spread of illness. We do have same day scheduling available and will make every effort to accommodate you.
Family Members
Please try to limit visits to the patients being seen and their primary caregiver. We understand that is not always possible and will do out best to accommodate.
