New Patients
We welcome the chance to care for your children and help them thrive.
We thank you for trusting us with your child’s health. As of January 2025, Jackson Street Pediatrics will only accept newborns and their siblings as new patients. Established patients can be seen up to age 19 years. Please see the insurance section below for specifics.
Choosing a pediatrician for your child is an important decision. It is crucial that your pediatrician’s philosophy on health and wellness aligns closely with that of your family.
At Jackson Street Pediatrics, mutual trust and respect are essential to the relationships we seek to build with our patients and families.
We only accept vaccinating families at our practice and recommend following the CDC immunization schedule. We are open to discussing any concerns you might have, but if a family chooses not to vaccinate, this practice will not be a good fit.
To make our practice accessible to all families in the community, we participate in most insurance plans including commercial plans, Tricare and Medicaid. We accept any insurance status for newborns and their siblings, siblings of established patients or for patients referred from another medical setting. We continue to take patients of all ages with commercial insurance or Tricare until January 2025. After January, we are limiting new patients to newborns and siblings. Please call us for information specific to your insurance company and plan, we will be happy to assist you with questions.
Congratulations! Having a baby is one of the most exciting times in your life and choosing the pediatrician that can best care for your child is an important decision. At Jackson Street Pediatrics, we share your joy and enthusiasm and look forward to the opportunity in partnering with you on the exciting journey of raising a child.
